public class CamOpsStrictSalvage extends AbstractSalvage
The CamOps (Strict) salvage system: salvage as written in Campaign Operations.

This is the baseline for every system that uses salvage operations: salvage formations and techs are assigned before a scenario starts, and recover the wrecks afterward.

    • isUseSalvageOperations

      public boolean isUseSalvageOperations()
      Description copied from class: AbstractSalvage
      Checks whether salvage is recovered through salvage operations.

      When salvage operations are used, the player assigns salvage formations and techs before a scenario starts, and those teams recover the wrecks afterward.

      Specified by:
      isUseSalvageOperations in class AbstractSalvage
      Returns:
      true if salvage operations are used
    • resolveScenarioSalvage

      public void resolveScenarioSalvage(Campaign campaign, AbstractContract contract, Scenario scenario, boolean hasBattlefieldControl, List<TestUnit> claimedSalvage, List<TestUnit> soldSalvage, List<TestUnit> unclaimedSalvage, SalvageRecoveryPresenter recoveryPresenter)
      Resolves a scenario's salvage once the scenario itself has been resolved.

      The assigned salvage teams recover the wrecks, which the player works through in the recovery presenter. Their techs then risk accidents (if risky salvage is enabled), and spend the time the recovery took.

      There is nothing to recover if no teams or techs were assigned, or if the player doesn't control the battlefield.

      Specified by:
      resolveScenarioSalvage in class AbstractSalvage
      Parameters:
      campaign - the current campaign
      contract - the contract the scenario belongs to
      scenario - the scenario being resolved
      hasBattlefieldControl - true if the player controls the battlefield
      claimedSalvage - the wrecks the player claimed in the resolve scenario wizard or, where salvage is decided afterward, every wreck
      soldSalvage - the wrecks the player chose to sell in the resolve scenario wizard
      unclaimedSalvage - the wrecks the player left for their employer in the resolve scenario wizard
      recoveryPresenter - shows the player the salvage recovery, for systems that recover wrecks after the scenario
