    Description
Shared plumbing for the two kit catalogs, ArmorKitCatalog and EquipmentKitCatalog.
The shared warehouse mechanics behind issuing personal kits, common to ArmorKitIssuer (armor kits) and EquipmentKitIssuer (specialized tool kits).
What a bulk kit operation did, for its report: kits issued from stores and kits ordered for later issue.
Sorts the armor kits MegaMek defines into the three groups MekHQ issues from, and answers which kits a crew may be given this year.
The group a kit belongs to, deciding which crews may be issued it.
The warehouse side of issuing armor kits, mirroring EquipmentKitIssuer: drawing a kit out of a character's local stores to issue it, returning one when a kit is stripped, and outfitting conventional infantry platoons.
Detects changes to the per-profession and per-group default kit campaign options, so the player can be offered to move everyone carrying the old default onto the new one.
One changed default: an equipment-kit profession (profession set) or an armor-kit group (category set), with the kit it used to be and the kit it is now.
The catalog of CamOps specialized equipment kits MekHQ issues to technicians, and which Tech/... repair skills each kit improves.
The professions that receive a per-profession default equipment kit on recruitment: the technician professions (including vessel crew and Astechs), plus doctors, medics, and administrators for their medical and computer kits.
The warehouse side of issuing equipment kits, mirroring ArmorKitIssuer: drawing a kit out of a person's stores to issue it, returning one when a kit is removed, and issuing the configured defaults on recruitment, on a role change, on request, and when a default is changed.
The two equipment-kit slots every person has, separate from their armor kit.
